He always seems to be chasing me. Mostly around the house, Trying to catch a mouse, Which I sewed with a sock and a string So I let the sock fling Up, up, up in the air My kitten leaps without a care. He grabs the mouse in his teeth and runs away, So this chase will go on to another day. Now he'll lay down and take his rest, Singing with a purr, what could it be?
