Claws unsheathed like swords His tail, so many bands of black, Moves back and forth, to and fro Then his strategy starts, with a pounce. Like a ghost among the ferns and thorns The king dashes with speed unmatched Upon the weary prey Now his proud meal, a job well done. Such beauty has the green-eyed king Lying in all his royal solitude That's what I wish I could be The green-eyed ruler, the tiger... © 1999-2005 New Jersey Association for Biomedical Research 1477 Morris Avenue, Union, NJ 07083 Ph: (908) 964-9449 Fax: (908) 964-9144 info@njabr.org |
