Brady, Dog of My DreamsBy R. Carey NeffPoint Road School If my dog could talk, What would he say? He'd ask me to go outside to play, And throw a frisbee towards the sun So he could run and have some fun And catch it way up in the air And bring it back without a care. He'd ask me to do this over again, Two, three, four times, or maybe ten And then he'd say "Please give me dinner!" And I'd say, "Fine, because Brady, you're a winner!" Hermit Crab #5 By Kevin Silverstein Marlboro Elementary School When I was three my hermit crab had me. One night he decided to go back to the sea. I woke up to a loud noise, it was "Hermy" my hermit crab who fell to the floor, on his way out the door. When I was four, I decided to try once more. My 5th hermit crab, I named him "Stitch". He was Hermit Crab #5. I have good news ... he's still alive! Hope he makes it to May, So we can celebrate my birthday! © 1999-2005 New Jersey Association for Biomedical Research 1477 Morris Avenue, Union, NJ 07083 Ph: (908) 964-9449 Fax: (908) 964-9144 info@njabr.org |
